Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

A GAMCA medical appointment slip remains valid for 30 days, during which you may complete your medical examination at any approved medical center.
Please note that you cannot generate a new appointment slip during this 30-day validity period.

If you need to cancel your appointment before completing your medical examination for a work or family visa, we are here to assist you.

Refund Policy

Once your appointment is successfully booked and the GCC Slip is generated, the fee paid is generally non-refundable.

Refunds are permitted only if there is an error from our side — such as a technical or processing issue before the slip is generated.

Refunds Not Applicable in the Following Cases

  • If you already have an active/unexpired GAMCA slip, and you book a new appointment.
    (This is not considered a system error. Please check your slip validity before making a new payment.)

  • If you make another booking within 24 hours of submitting your details and payment.
    (This is considered a duplicate booking and is not eligible for a refund.)

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your appointment:

  • A cancellation fee of one-third (1/3) of the total amount will be deducted.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
